You may have heard of ‘Follow Lights’ software before, but ‘Follow Lights Plus’ brings the technology to everyone, whether you are an accomplished player or a beginner who hasn’t even touched a key.
Even though Workstation instruments such as the Genos don't have lights above the keys, they still have the same 'Guide' function as Clavinovas. This holds the background orchestra in place, waiting for you to play each note of the melody before continuing.
For the special ‘Workstation Edition' of the collection, the note names are clearly displayed on the score (along with chord symbols and lyrics). So, if you have a basic understanding of where the notes appear on the keyboard, you are ready to play along too.
If you DON'T play, or you’re very early in your musical development, simply follow the letters for the notes on the score display, which automatically appears on the central display when the song starts. They show you which notes to play, and if you don’t play the right note, the song waits until you do!
If you DO play, you can control the tempo of the background orchestra by strategically playing the correct notes of the melody, shown on the score: you’re essentially conducting the orchestra with your right hand! Your left hand is free to add your own musical embellishments based upon the chord symbols.

About Compatibility: Even though these files were specifically created for newer model digital workstations (Genos series, Tyros 5,PSR-SX900), they are also compatible with other models that include the 'Guide' function. However, when used with other models, some voice and effect substitutions may occur.
